Family Activities in Kildare

When staying at the Court Yard Hotel, there is a great variety of fun things for families to do nearby.

Just a short drive away in Lucan you will find Fort Lucan Outdoor Adventureland, where they have an outdoor adventure playground, crazy golf and much more to chose from.

Explore Kildare and the Royal Canal Boat Trips for a family day out with a difference! Relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery as you meander the waterways of County Kildare - your little ones might even have the chance to captain the cruise!

Slightly further afield but providing a great day out for all the family is Clonfert Pet Farm in Maynooth, Wallaby Woods in Donadea, The Kildare Maze in Prosperous, Lullymore Heritage & Discovery Park in Rathangan - all these great outdoor family attractions are located in County Kildare and within easy driving distance of the Court Yard Hotel.

For those water babies, take a trip to the AquaZone at the National Aquatic Centre, where Finnie the Frog will make sure you have a "splashing" time!

Your little monkeys might enjoy a trip to the Phoenix Park & Dublin Zoo, only 15 minutes drive from the hotel, or why not make a day of it and travel a little further afield to Emerald Park - less than half an hour's drive from the hotel and full of great activities for everyone to enjoy.
