Laundry Service

If you require laundry service, please fill in the laundry form provided. Place clothing in the laundry bag, bring it to reception and allow our dedicated team to ensure that it is brought to our laundry service provider on your behalf. If you require a same day service, please inform our staff before 09:00am (Same day service available only Tuesday – Friday). Please note each room is equipped with built in irons and ironing boards.

Television

Each room is equipped with new HD Smart TV with Chrome Cast access, any pre-paid channels will be available in the public areas and bars. To use Chrome Cast, select HDMI 2 source and follow instructions on the screen. Please note, your device must be connected to the hotel's Wi-Fi.

Electricity

Please make sure your room card is placed in the card holder at entrance to bedroom.

Heating

To keep the heating at your preferred level simply turn on the radiator by the control.

Please note heating operates on timed interval basis, adjusting its settings based on current season.

Hospitality Tray

A hospitality tray is provided for your refreshment. Should you require a top up of tea, coffee, milk or sugar sachets please contact reception.

Internet Access

Complimentary Wi-Fi internet access is available throughout the hotel. Please select "Guest@courtyard" network and use password: courtyard2020!

Ironing Station

An ironing board station is provided in your room for your convenience.

Newspapers

Local and National newspapers are available at request.

Please contact reception team before 10 pm the night before.

Post / Mail

You may drop your letters or postcards to reception, please ensure you have provided a postage stamp, or you can purchase national stamp from our reception team.
